Prince of saliya is the son of king dutugemunu. The prince of saliya had a have afair with asokamala. but asokamala was belong to a lowcast family. Theretore the parents of prince saliya were not gowe. pernmision to married and left the perant and came to mount of galgiriyawa. The lived in a cave on the mount. At the mavment there are sevaral garden flowers and fruits. people belive that is the place they lived and also there are some runis of castle. Now this mauntain is very famow place in sri lanka.
